The Wappingers Historical Society offers tours of the Mesier Homestead on selected dates each month.

We also hold various social, educational, and fundraising events throughout the year. Our Speaker Series is offered periodically throughout the year and is open to the general public. Visiting speakers discuss topics of historical interest to our local community. Upcoming events can be found on this page.
The Spirit of Mesier, our annual fundraising gala, is held at the Mesier Homestead each June. The monies raised through ticket sales, sponsorships, and donations go towards our Homestead restoration fund. We are currently beginning the restoration of the 1741 portion of the building. You can follow our progress here.
Wappingers Historical Society members are invited to several members-only events throughout the year, including our Potluck Picnic in July, Ice Cream Social in August, and the Holiday party in December.
